*Transaction fee is per residential side of the transaction up to $1 million sales price.

Commissions of residential rentals will be an 80%(Agent)/20%(Broker) split with a $50 minimum.

Commissions of commercial sales or leases will be a 90%(Agent)/10%(Broker) split.

Commissions of residential sales over 1 million dollars will be the residential transaction fee for the first million in sales price and a 90%(Agent)/10%(Broker) split for anything above the 1 million dollars sales price.

Any properties that you have an ownership interest in are also subject to these commission terms.
